🍽️ Crispy Tofu Wraps with Hummus

Ingredients
- tofu, plain 400 g
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- cornstarch 1 tbsp
- baby spinach 100 g
- beef tomatoes 2 pcs
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- wraps 4 pcs
- hummus 4 tbsp
- lemons 1 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Remove the tofu from the package and let the liquid drain off.
- 3. Pat the tofu dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the tofu into sticks about 1 centimeter thick.
- 5. Mix paprika powder, pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- 6. Toss the tofu sticks in the spice mixture until they are well coated.
- 7. Place the tofu sticks side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 8. Bake the tofu for about 25 minutes until crispy.
- 9. Wash the baby spinach thoroughly and let it drain.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem at the top.
- 11. Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
- 12. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
- 13. Pluck the small parsley leaves from the stems.
- 14. Spread the hummus evenly over the wraps.
- 15. Distribute the spinach, parsley, tomato slices, and baked tofu over the wraps.
- 16. Cut a lemon in half.
- 17. Drizzle the filled wraps with some fresh lemon juice.
- 18. Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling.
- 19. Fold the left and right sides of the wrap towards the center.
- 20. Roll the wrap up tightly.
- 21. Serve the finished wraps immediately.
