🍰 Vegan Waffle Lollipops

Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, Type 405 300 g
- sugar 70 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- oat drink Barista 300 ml
- oil 2 tbsp
- chocolate, dark 100 g
- soft figs, dried 50 g
- soft apricots, dried and pitted 50 g
- chocolate sprinkles, dark 3 tbsp
- almonds, chopped 3 tbsp
- hazelnut praline 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Pour oat drink Barista and 2 tablespoons of oil into the flour mixture.
- 3. Stir everything together until you have a smooth batter.
- 4. Preheat your waffle iron and grease it.
- 5. Place about 2 tablespoons of batter side by side into the hot waffle iron.
- 6. Push a skewer lengthwise through the batter to create an elongated shape.
- 7. Bake the waffle lollipops for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Let the finished waffles cool on a wire rack.
- 9. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
- 10. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 11. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 12. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl placed over the hot water.
- 13. Let the melted chocolate cool down slightly.
- 14. Roughly chop the dried figs and dried apricots.
- 15. Distribute chocolate sprinkles, chopped almonds, hazelnut praline, chopped figs, and chopped apricots onto small plates.
- 16. Roll the waffle lollipops in the melted chocolate.
- 17. Decorate the lollipops with a topping of your choice.
- 18. Place the finished lollipops on baking paper.
- 19. Wait until the chocolate has set.
- 20. Serve the waffle lollipops and enjoy them.
