  1. 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour oat drink Barista and 2 tablespoons of oil into the flour mixture.
  3. 3. Stir everything together until you have a smooth batter.
  4. 4. Preheat your waffle iron and grease it.
  5. 5. Place about 2 tablespoons of batter side by side into the hot waffle iron.
  6. 6. Push a skewer lengthwise through the batter to create an elongated shape.
  7. 7. Bake the waffle lollipops for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the finished waffles cool on a wire rack.
  9. 9. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
  10. 10. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
  11. 11. Roughly chop the chocolate.
  12. 12. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl placed over the hot water.
  13. 13. Let the melted chocolate cool down slightly.
  14. 14. Roughly chop the dried figs and dried apricots.
  15. 15. Distribute chocolate sprinkles, chopped almonds, hazelnut praline, chopped figs, and chopped apricots onto small plates.
  16. 16. Roll the waffle lollipops in the melted chocolate.
  17. 17. Decorate the lollipops with a topping of your choice.
  18. 18. Place the finished lollipops on baking paper.
  19. 19. Wait until the chocolate has set.
  20. 20. Serve the waffle lollipops and enjoy them.
