  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the core and seeds, and dice it finely.
  5. 5. Loosen the vegan mince in the packaging slightly with a fork.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat.
  7. 7. Fry the vegan mince in it for about 8 minutes until crumbly.
  8. 8. Add the chopped garlic, diced onions, and diced bell peppers.
  9. 9. Fry the vegetables for another 4 minutes.
  10. 10. Deglaze the mixture with tomato sauce.
  11. 11. Season the filling with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
  12. 12. Remove the pan from the heat.
  13. 13. Roll out the pizza dough and divide it into two halves.
  14. 14. Roll each half very thinly.
  15. 15. Round off the corners as desired.
  16. 16. Place each dough half on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  17. 17. Distribute the vegan mince filling evenly over the dough.
  18. 18. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  19. 19. Wash the salad in the meantime and let it drain.
  20. 20. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  21. 21. Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and slice it thinly.
  22. 22. Stir the soy yogurt in the container with one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  23. 23. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the dip to taste.
  24. 24. In a separate bowl, whisk olive oil with two tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  25. 25. Toss the salad and cucumber slices with the dressing.
