🥗 Vegan Turkish Pizza with Fresh Salad

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc
- onions, yellow 1 pc
- peppers, red 1 pc
- Vemondo vegan mince 500 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cumin 0.25 tsp
- oregano, dried 1 tsp
- salad mix 100 g
- lemons 1 pc
- cucumbers 0.5 pc
- soy yogurt 150 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 3. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the core and seeds, and dice it finely.
- 5. Loosen the vegan mince in the packaging slightly with a fork.
- 6. Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat.
- 7. Fry the vegan mince in it for about 8 minutes until crumbly.
- 8. Add the chopped garlic, diced onions, and diced bell peppers.
- 9. Fry the vegetables for another 4 minutes.
- 10. Deglaze the mixture with tomato sauce.
- 11. Season the filling with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
- 12. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 13. Roll out the pizza dough and divide it into two halves.
- 14. Roll each half very thinly.
- 15. Round off the corners as desired.
- 16. Place each dough half on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 17. Distribute the vegan mince filling evenly over the dough.
- 18. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 19. Wash the salad in the meantime and let it drain.
- 20. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 21. Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and slice it thinly.
- 22. Stir the soy yogurt in the container with one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 23. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the dip to taste.
- 24. In a separate bowl, whisk olive oil with two tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 25. Toss the salad and cucumber slices with the dressing.
- 26. Remove the pizzas from the oven.
- 27. Top the pizzas with the fresh salad.
- 28. Serve the pizzas with the soy yogurt dip.
