  2. 2. Mix cold margarine, flour, sugar, salt, and cold water in a bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using your hands.
  4. 4. Dust a work surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 2 millimeters thick.
  5. 5. Place the dough into a greased tart pan with a diameter of 28 centimeters.
  6. 6. Form a border about 3 centimeters high and press the dough firmly against the bottom and sides.
  7. 7. Straighten the edge with a knife and prick the bottom several times with a fork.
  8. 8. Bake the dough base for about 15 minutes until golden brown in the oven.
  9. 9. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
  10. 10. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into fine rings.
  11. 11. Whisk green pesto, soy yogurt, cornstarch, and chives together in a bowl.
  12. 12. Spread the pesto mixture evenly over the pre-baked dough.
  13. 13. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes over the pesto layer.
  14. 14. Season the tart with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  15. 15. Bake the tart for about 25 minutes in the oven.
  16. 16. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  17. 17. Carefully remove the tart from the oven.
  18. 18. Garnish the tart with the fresh basil leaves and serve.
