  1. 1. Wash the vegetables and herbs thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. 2. Cut the Napa cabbage into very fine strips and place them in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Halve the cucumber and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.
  4. 4. Dice the deseeded cucumber finely and add it to the bowl.
  5. 5. Slice the spring onions into thin rings and add them to the bowl as well.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
  7. 7. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  8. 8. Place the avocado, spinach, garlic cloves, and cashew nuts into a food processor.
  9. 9. Add the avocado oil and lemon juice.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture until it forms a creamy dressing.
  11. 11. Pour the dressing over the vegetables in the bowl.
  12. 12. Toss everything together thoroughly.
  13. 13. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 14. Place the vegan nuggets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  16. 16. Bake the nuggets in the center of the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

  18. 18. Cut the nuggets into strips.
  19. 19. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
  20. 20. Drain the corn and place it in a separate bowl.

  23. 23. Add the tomatoes and coriander to the bowl with the corn.
  24. 24. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, the lime juice, salt, and a pinch of chili flakes.
  25. 25. Mix the ingredients for the corn salsa well together.
  26. 26. Place the wraps in round or rectangular baking dishes.
  27. 27. Bake the wraps in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  28. 28. Remove the wraps from the oven and let them cool for a short moment.
  29. 29. Fill the wraps with the Green Goodness salad.
  30. 30. Distribute the nugget strips and the corn salsa on top.
  31. 31. Crumble the vegan feta cheese over the top.
