  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms if necessary with a kitchen towel and slice them thinly.
  3. 3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  4. 4. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Wash the baby spinach and let it drain well.
  7. 7. Roll out the pizza dough on baking paper and place it on a baking tray.
  8. 8. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  9. 9. Top the pizza with spinach, onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms as you like.
  10. 10. Drizzle some olive oil over the toppings.
  11. 11. Season the pizza with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Sprinkle vegan grated cheese over the pizza.
  13. 13. Place the tray in the oven and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Swap the position of the baking tray in the oven after half the baking time (approx. 10 minutes).
  15. 15. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
  16. 16. Cut the pizza into portions and serve it on plates.
