🍕 Vegan Spinach Pizza with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- mushrooms, brown 350 g
- cherry tomatoes 200 g
- onions, red 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- baby spinach 100 g
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- Vemondo grated cheese 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms if necessary with a kitchen towel and slice them thinly.
- 3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 4. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 6. Wash the baby spinach and let it drain well.
- 7. Roll out the pizza dough on baking paper and place it on a baking tray.
- 8. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 9. Top the pizza with spinach, onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms as you like.
- 10. Drizzle some olive oil over the toppings.
- 11. Season the pizza with salt and pepper.
- 12. Sprinkle vegan grated cheese over the pizza.
- 13. Place the tray in the oven and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes.
- 14. Swap the position of the baking tray in the oven after half the baking time (approx. 10 minutes).
- 15. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
- 16. Cut the pizza into portions and serve it on plates.
