🥤 Vegan Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- whole hazelnuts 80 g
- fresh ginger 10 g
- frozen berry mix 500 g
- soy drink 200 ml
- cinnamon pinch
- bananas 2 pcs.
- strawberries 100 g
- fresh blueberries 100 g
- fine oat flakes 8 tbsp
- muesli with fruits, nuts and seeds 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
- 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Roast the nuts in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes without adding fat.
- 4. Remove the nuts from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 5. Let the nuts cool down completely.
- 6. Peel the ginger.
- 7. Put the berries, soy drink, ginger, and cinnamon into a tall blending cup.
- 8. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 9. Peel the bananas.
- 10. Slice the bananas diagonally.
- 11. Wash the strawberries.
- 12. Slice the strawberries as well.
- 13. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 14. Divide the finished smoothie among four bowls.
- 15. Sprinkle the cooled hazelnuts over the bowls.
- 16. Add oat flakes and nut muesli.
- 17. Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices on the bowls.
- 18. Serve the breakfast immediately.
