  3. 3. Roast the nuts in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes without adding fat.
  4. 4. Remove the nuts from the pan and place them on a plate.
  5. 5. Let the nuts cool down completely.
  6. 6. Peel the ginger.
  7. 7. Put the berries, soy drink, ginger, and cinnamon into a tall blending cup.
  8. 8. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  9. 9. Peel the bananas.
  10. 10. Slice the bananas diagonally.
  11. 11. Wash the strawberries.
  12. 12. Slice the strawberries as well.
  13. 13. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
  14. 14. Divide the finished smoothie among four bowls.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the cooled hazelnuts over the bowls.
  16. 16. Add oat flakes and nut muesli.
  17. 17. Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices on the bowls.
  18. 18. Serve the breakfast immediately.
