  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. If you are using fan-assisted (convection) mode, set the temperature to 155 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Take a large bowl and add the oat flakes, flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Mix the dry ingredients together with a spoon until they are evenly combined.
  4. 4. Take a small saucepan and melt the margarine over low heat.
  5. 5. Add the melted margarine, oat drink, and vanilla sugar to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  6. 6. Process the mixture with a hand mixer using dough hooks until a uniform dough forms.
  7. 7. Line your baking trays with baking paper.
  8. 8. Take a teaspoon and form small balls from the dough.
  9. 9. Place the dough portions on the trays with a distance of about 10 centimeters between them.
  10. 10. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the cookies when they are golden brown.
  12. 12. Let the cookies cool down for a few minutes on the hot tray.
  13. 13. Store the cooled cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh for several days.
