🍰 Vegan Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- vegan margarine 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- soy drink 120 ml
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- wheat flour, type 405 175 g
- cocoa powder 40 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- dark chocolate sprinkles 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Put the soft margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 3. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until frothy.
- 4. Add the soy drink and the vinegar to the mixture and stir them in.
- 5. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- 6. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
- 7. Finally, fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
- 8. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with paper cases.
- 9. Distribute the batter evenly among the cases.
- 10. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Take the muffins out of the oven.
- 12. Carefully loosen them from the tin.
- 13. Let them cool on a wire rack.
