  4. 4. Add the soy drink and the vinegar to the mixture and stir them in.
  5. 5. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  6. 6. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
  7. 7. Finally, fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
  8. 8. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with paper cases.
  9. 9. Distribute the batter evenly among the cases.
  10. 10. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Take the muffins out of the oven.
  12. 12. Carefully loosen them from the tin.
  13. 13. Let them cool on a wire rack.
