🍰 Vegan Chocolate Tortillas

Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 100 g
- wraps 8 pcs.
- coconut milk 200 ml
- chocolate shavings, dark 200 g
- strawberries 250 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Cut the chocolate into small sticks or break it into pieces.
- 3. Wrap the tortillas around the chocolate pieces.
- 4. Place the rolls into a baking dish.
- 5. Pour coconut milk over the rolls.
- 6. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
- 7. Pour a little more coconut milk on top.
- 8. Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 9. Remove the tortillas from the oven once the chocolate has melted.
- 10. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
- 11. Slice the strawberries.
- 12. Peel the bananas and slice them as well.
- 13. Serve the warm chocolate tortillas with the fresh fruit slices.
