  3. 3. Cook the mixture for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Deglaze the mixture gradually with white wine.
  5. 5. Stir vigorously to avoid lumps.
  6. 6. Pour in the soy drink and stir until the sauce is smooth.
  7. 7. Add a bay leaf and turmeric to the sauce.
  8. 8. Simmer the sauce over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Wait until the sauce thickens slightly.
  10. 10. Cut a lemon in half.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  12. 12. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Add the lemon juice and stir.
  14. 14. Serve the sauce immediately.
