🍰 Vegan red wine cream with glazed grapes

Ingredients
- Vegan fresh spread, plain 300 g
- Vemondo Vegan cream 100 g
- Red wine, dry 75 ml
- Icing sugar 60 g
- Table grapes, dark 200 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Margarine, vegan 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the natural vegan spread, vegan cream, red wine, and powdered sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Whip the mixture using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment until it is creamy.
- 3. Divide the cream evenly among four dessert bowls.
- 4. Place the bowls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- 5. Wash the grapes thoroughly and let them drain.
- 6. Carefully remove the grapes from the stems.
- 7. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 8. Add the grapes, one teaspoon of margarine, the lemon juice, and sugar to a saucepan.
- 9. Heat the ingredients on medium heat and swirl the pan occasionally.
- 10. Glaze the grapes for about 5 minutes until they are shiny.
- 11. Remove the pan from the heat and let the grapes cool down slightly.
- 12. Garnish the cold red wine cream with the glazed grapes.
- 13. Serve the dessert and enjoy it.
