  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Roll out the pizza dough thinly.
  3. 3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Chop the parsley finely as well.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the pizza dough with grated cheese (Vemondo Reibegenuss) and oregano.
  8. 8. Roll the dough up tightly.
  9. 9. Cut the dough into slices about 1 cm thick.
  10. 10. Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  11. 11. Bake the snails for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Let the snails cool on a plate for about 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Put soy yogurt, garlic, parsley, and Italian herbs into a bowl.
  14. 14. Mix the ingredients for the dip well.
  15. 15. Season the dip with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  16. 16. Serve the pizza snails with the soy yogurt dip.
