🍽️ Vegan Pizza Snails with Fresh Soy Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- Vemondo grated cheese 200 g
- oregano, dried pinch
- soy yogurt 300 g
- Italian herbs, dried 2 tsp
- sugar pinch
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Roll out the pizza dough thinly.
- 3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 5. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 6. Chop the parsley finely as well.
- 7. Sprinkle the pizza dough with grated cheese (Vemondo Reibegenuss) and oregano.
- 8. Roll the dough up tightly.
- 9. Cut the dough into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 10. Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Bake the snails for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 12. Let the snails cool on a plate for about 5 minutes.
- 13. Put soy yogurt, garlic, parsley, and Italian herbs into a bowl.
- 14. Mix the ingredients for the dip well.
- 15. Season the dip with sugar, salt, and pepper.
- 16. Serve the pizza snails with the soy yogurt dip.
