  2. 2. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice it into small pieces.
  3. 3. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and slice them.
  4. 4. Drain the corn in a sieve.
  5. 5. Loosen the vegan mince in the packaging slightly with a fork.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a pot on high heat.
  7. 7. Fry the vegan mince for about 10 minutes until crumbly.
  8. 8. Add the garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, and corn to the pot.
  9. 9. Stir everything and let it sweat for about 3 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, and oat drink.
  11. 11. Stir the mixture and close the lid.
  12. 12. Bring the soup to a boil.
  13. 13. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
  14. 14. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  16. 16. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
