  1. 1. Drain the peaches.
  2. 2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add 1 tbsp oil, mineral water, and soy drink.
  4. 4. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 100 °C (top/bottom heat).
  6. 6. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.
  7. 7. Pour one ladle of batter into the pan.
  8. 8. Distribute the batter by tilting the pan slightly.
  9. 9. Bake the pancakes for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  10. 10. Keep the finished pancakes warm in the oven.
  11. 11. Arrange the pancakes on a serving plate.
  12. 12. Spread each pancake with 2 tbsp soy yogurt.
  13. 13. Place a peach half in the center of each pancake.
  14. 14. Dust the pancakes with a little powdered sugar.
  15. 15. Serve the pancakes and enjoy!
