🍳 Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients
- Weat flour, Type 405 300 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Soy drink 400 ml
- Mineral water, classic 200 ml
- Oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put 300 grams of flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Add one teaspoon of baking powder.
- 3. Stir in three tablespoons of sugar.
- 4. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 5. Pour 400 milliliters of soy drink into the bowl.
- 6. Top up the liquid with 200 milliliters of sparkling water.
- 7. Whisk everything vigorously with a wire whisk.
- 8. Keep stirring until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- 9. Brush a medium-sized frying pan with one teaspoon of oil.
- 10. Heat the pan over medium heat.
- 11. Pour one ladleful of batter into the hot pan.
- 12. Tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly and evenly.
- 13. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes.
- 14. Flip the pancake and cook for another one to two minutes.
- 15. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 16. Place it on a plate.
- 17. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 18. Serve the pancakes according to your taste.
