  5. 5. Pour 400 milliliters of soy drink into the bowl.
  6. 6. Top up the liquid with 200 milliliters of sparkling water.
  7. 7. Whisk everything vigorously with a wire whisk.
  8. 8. Keep stirring until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  9. 9. Brush a medium-sized frying pan with one teaspoon of oil.
  10. 10. Heat the pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Pour one ladleful of batter into the hot pan.
  12. 12. Tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly and evenly.
  13. 13. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes.
  14. 14. Flip the pancake and cook for another one to two minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
  16. 16. Place it on a plate.
