🍽️ Crispy Vegan Nuggets with Fresh Pea Dip

Ingredients
- vegan nuggets with sweet chili sauce 600 g
- salt pinch
- peas, frozen 200 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- mint, fresh 10 g
- soy yogurt 4 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Arrange the vegan nuggets on the tray.
- 4. Put the tray in the oven and bake the nuggets for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Take the nuggets out when they are golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Fill a pot with water and add some salt.
- 7. Bring the water to a boil.
- 8. Add the peas to the boiling water.
- 9. Cook the peas for about 3 minutes.
- 10. Drain the peas in a colander.
- 11. Rinse the peas briefly with cold water.
- 12. Cut a lemon in half.
- 13. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 14. Wash the mint leaves under running water.
- 15. Dry the mint thoroughly.
- 16. Place the drained peas in a tall container.
- 17. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 18. Add soy yogurt.
- 19. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 20. Add the mint leaves.
- 21. Blend all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- 22. Taste the dip again and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 23. Serve the warm vegan nuggets with the pea dip.
