  6. 6. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with the tip of a knife.
  7. 7. Let the frozen banana slices thaw slightly.
  8. 8. Add the bananas, vanilla seeds, and soy drink to a tall container.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture with a hand blender for about 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Blend until a creamy consistency forms.
  11. 11. Spoon the nice cream into small bowls.
  12. 12. Serve the dessert immediately.
