Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pcs.
- Vanilla pod 1 pcs.
- Soy drink 3 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas.
- 2. Slice the bananas into rounds.
- 3. Place the banana slices into a freezer bag.
- 4. Store the bag in the freezer overnight.
- 5. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 6. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with the tip of a knife.
- 7. Let the frozen banana slices thaw slightly.
- 8. Add the bananas, vanilla seeds, and soy drink to a tall container.
- 9. Blend the mixture with a hand blender for about 5 minutes.
- 10. Blend until a creamy consistency forms.
- 11. Spoon the nice cream into small bowls.
- 12. Serve the dessert immediately.
