  5. 5. Stir in the flour and baking powder quickly until a smooth batter forms.
  6. 6. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with paper liners.
  7. 7. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
  8. 8. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove the muffins from the tin and let them cool on a wire rack.
