🍽️ Vegan Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- Lemon 1 pc
- Soy drink 100 ml
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Oil 200 ml
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon and cut it in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a small bowl.
- 3. Pour the soy drink into a tall, narrow container.
- 4. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and the mustard to the container.
- 5. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until well mixed.
- 6. Pour the oil slowly in a thin stream into the mixture.
- 7. Stir or blend continuously until the mayonnaise becomes thick and creamy.
- 8. Season the mayonnaise with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Add a little more lemon juice if desired.
- 10. Serve the vegan mayonnaise and enjoy.
