  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts.
  3. 3. Put margarine, vanilla sugar, and cane sugar into a bowl.
  4. 4. Beat the mixture with a mixer until fluffy and the sugar has dissolved.
  5. 5. Add the apple juice gradually.
  6. 6. Stir everything until creamy.
  7. 7. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl gradually.
  8. 8. Stir the dough until smooth.
  9. 9. Fold the chopped macadamia nuts into the dough.
  10. 10. Take one tablespoon of dough at a time.
  11. 11. Place the dough portions in dollops onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. 12. Make sure there is enough space between the cookies.
  13. 13. Smooth the cookies with the back of the spoon.
  14. 14. Bake the cookies for about 13 minutes until crunchy.
  15. 15. Let the cookies cool down slightly.
