  5. 5. Bake the fries for about 25 minutes until crispy.
  6. 6. Turn the fries after 15 minutes of baking time.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic.
  8. 8. Finely chop the garlic.
  9. 9. Wash the coriander.
  10. 10. Shake the coriander dry.
  11. 11. Remove the coarse stems from the coriander.
  12. 12. Roughly chop the coriander.
  13. 13. Halve the lime.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  15. 15. Halve the avocados.
  16. 16. Remove the pits from the avocados.
  17. 17. Use a spoon to remove the avocado flesh from the skin.
  18. 18. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl.
  19. 19. Mash the avocados with a fork.
  20. 20. Fold in the chopped garlic.

  57. 57. Garnish the dishes with the spring onions.
