🍽️ Vegan Loaded Fries with Mince, Guacamole and Salsa

Ingredients
- frozen fries 1 kg
- oil 4 tbsp
- garlic cloves 2 pcs
- cilantro, fresh 20 g
- organic limes 1 pcs
- avocado 2 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, red 1 pcs
- onions, yellow 1 pcs
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs
- Vemondo vegan mince 275 g
- ketchup 150 g
- cumin pinch
- spring onions 2 pcs
- Vemondo Vegan Cream 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place the fries on a baking sheet.
- 3. Moisten the fries with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 4. Spread the fries so they do not overlap.
- 5. Bake the fries for about 25 minutes until crispy.
- 6. Turn the fries after 15 minutes of baking time.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Wash the coriander.
- 10. Shake the coriander dry.
- 11. Remove the coarse stems from the coriander.
- 12. Roughly chop the coriander.
- 13. Halve the lime.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 15. Halve the avocados.
- 16. Remove the pits from the avocados.
- 17. Use a spoon to remove the avocado flesh from the skin.
- 18. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl.
- 19. Mash the avocados with a fork.
- 20. Fold in the chopped garlic.
- 21. Fold in the chopped coriander.
- 22. Season the guacamole with lime juice.
- 23. Season the guacamole with salt.
- 24. Wash the bell pepper.
- 25. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 26. Dice the bell pepper finely.
- 27. Halve the onion.
- 28. Peel the onion.
- 29. Dice the onion finely.
- 30. Wash the tomatoes.
- 31. Remove the stem from the tomatoes.
- 32. Dice the tomatoes finely.
- 33. Place the bell pepper in a bowl.
- 34. Place the onion in the bowl.
- 35. Place the tomatoes in the bowl.
- 36. Mix the ingredients for the salsa.
- 37. Season the salsa with lime juice.
- 38. Season the salsa with salt.
- 39. Add oil to a non-stick pan.
- 40. Heat the oil on high heat.
- 41. Fry the Vemondo mince for approx. 8 minutes until crumbly.
- 42. Turn off the stove.
- 43. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup to the mince.
- 44. Mix the ketchup with the mince.
- 45. Season the mince with cumin.
- 46. Season the mince with salt.
- 47. Wash the spring onions.
- 48. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 49. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 50. Cut the spring onions slightly diagonally into rings.
- 51. Salt the fries.
- 52. Distribute the fries on plates.
- 53. Add the mince to the fries as desired.
- 54. Add the guacamole to the fries as desired.
- 55. Add the salsa to the fries as desired.
- 56. Add 1 tablespoon of vegan cream to each plate.
- 57. Garnish the dishes with the spring onions.
- 58. Serve the loaded fries.
