Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- kidney beans 400 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- smoked tofu 200 g
- marjoram, dried 0.5 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel off the outer skin.
- 2. Drain the kidney beans in a sieve to let the liquid run off.
- 3. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 4. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
- 5. Put the parsley into the mixing container.
- 6. Chop the parsley for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 7. Transfer the chopped parsley into a bowl.
- 8. Put the cut onion into the mixing container.
- 9. Chop the onion for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 10. Push the onion pieces down with a spatula.
- 11. Add the oil.
- 12. Fry the onions for 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 13. Add the tofu to the onion mixture.
- 14. Add the drained kidney beans.
- 15. Add marjoram, the prepared parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 16. Chop all ingredients for 30 seconds on speed 8.
- 17. Fill the vegan liver sausage into jars.
- 18. Store the jars in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
