  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the parsley, chives, and dill.
  2. 2. Shake the herbs dry and remove any thick stems.
  3. 3. Finely chop the herbs.
  4. 4. Also wash the lemon.
  5. 5. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
  6. 6. Place the margarine into a bowl.
  7. 7. Whip the margarine until creamy using a hand blender.
  8. 8. Add the chopped herbs to the margarine.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and the lemon zest.
  10. 10. Take a piece of baking paper.
  11. 11. Place the herb margarine onto the paper.
  12. 12. Roll the margarine tightly inside the paper.
  13. 13. Twist the ends of the paper tightly, like wrapping a candy.
