Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- chives, fresh 10 g
- dill, fresh 10 g
- organic lemon 1 pc
- margarine, vegan 225 g
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the parsley, chives, and dill.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry and remove any thick stems.
- 3. Finely chop the herbs.
- 4. Also wash the lemon.
- 5. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 6. Place the margarine into a bowl.
- 7. Whip the margarine until creamy using a hand blender.
- 8. Add the chopped herbs to the margarine.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and the lemon zest.
- 10. Take a piece of baking paper.
- 11. Place the herb margarine onto the paper.
- 12. Roll the margarine tightly inside the paper.
- 13. Twist the ends of the paper tightly, like wrapping a candy.
