Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs
- organic lemons 0.5 pcs
- vegan fresh spread, plain 250 g
- soy yogurt 250 g
- mustard 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the lemon dry with a cloth.
- 5. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon peel.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 7. Take a large bowl.
- 8. Add the spread to the bowl.
- 9. Add the soy yogurt to the bowl.
- 10. Add the chopped garlic to the bowl.
- 11. Add the lemon juice to the bowl.
- 12. Add the lemon zest to the bowl.
- 13. Add the mustard to the bowl.
- 14. Add salt to the bowl.
- 15. Add pepper to the bowl.
- 16. Take a whisk.
- 17. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well.
- 18. Serve the sauce with grilled vegetables.
- 19. Cover the sauce.
- 20. Place the sauce in the refrigerator overnight.
