  2. 2. Wash the broccoli, remove the tough stem, and cut it into small florets.
  3. 3. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly, remove the stem, and separate it into florets.
  4. 4. Peel the carrots, trim the ends, and slice them.
  5. 5. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into 1 cm cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze the juice from one half.
  8. 8. Heat the margarine and garlic in a pot over medium heat.
  9. 9. Stir in the flour and gradually add the oat drink.
  10. 10. Whisk the sauce until it is smooth and free of lumps.
  11. 11. Bring the sauce to a brief boil, then reduce the heat to low.
  12. 12. Stir in the natural vegan spread and the lemon juice.
  13. 13. Season the sauce to taste with salt and nutmeg.
  14. 14. Place the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, and sauce into a baking dish.
  15. 15. Mix everything well and distribute the ingredients evenly in the dish.
  16. 16. Bake the Kaiser casserole in the oven for about 30 minutes.
