  1. 1. Wash the apple thoroughly and remove the core.
  2. 2. Cut the apple into small cubes.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot.
  4. 4. Sauté the apple cubes for about 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the sauerkraut and wheat beer to the apple.
  6. 6. Let the mixture simmer covered on medium heat for approx. 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Peel the potatoes and wash them.
  8. 8. Cut the potatoes into coarse cubes.
  9. 9. Place the potatoes in a pot with enough salted water.
  10. 10. Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes until tender for approx. 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Drain the water and let the potatoes steam dry.
  12. 12. Add margarine, 3 tablespoons of mustard and oat drink Barista to the potatoes.
  13. 13. Mash the potatoes into a smooth puree.
  14. 14. Season the mashed potatoes with salt to taste.
  15. 15. Halve the onion and peel it.
  16. 16. Dice the onion finely.
  17. 17. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  18. 18. Finely chop the parsley.
  19. 19. Place the vegan mince, onion cubes and parsley in a bowl.
  20. 20. Add the breadcrumbs to the mixture.
  21. 21. Knead all ingredients well together.
  22. 22. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  23. 23. Form small balls with a diameter of approx. 2 cm from the mixture.
  24. 24. Cut the smoked tofu into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  25. 25. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
  26. 26. Fry the meatballs and smoked tofu for approx. 5 minutes on all sides.
  27. 27. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
  28. 28. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  29. 29. Distribute the sauerkraut and mashed potatoes onto the plates.
  30. 30. Place the meatballs and smoked tofu on top.
  31. 31. Garnish the dish with chives and 1 tablespoon of mustard each.
  32. 32. Serve the food and enjoy your meal!
