🍽️ Vegan Gyro Pizza with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- Vegan stone-oven pizza Margherita 2 pcs.
- Red cabbage, fresh 0.25 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Sugar pinch
- Cucumbers 0.25 pcs.
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Onions, red 1 pcs.
- Iceberg lettuce 150 g
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Organic limes 1 pcs.
- Soy yogurt 200 g
- Dill, chopped 1 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Vemondo vegan gyro with onions 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Quarter the red cabbage and remove the hard core.
- 3. Remove any outer leaves that look bad and slice the rest into thin strips.
- 4. Place the red cabbage strips in a bowl.
- 5. Add salt and sugar and knead the mixture vigorously by hand.
- 6. Set the red cabbage aside.
- 7. Wash the cucumber and the tomatoes.
- 8. Dice the cucumber and the tomatoes.
- 9. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 10. Slice the onion into strips.
- 11. Cut the iceberg lettuce into coarse strips.
- 12. Wash the lettuce and spin it dry.
- 13. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 14. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 15. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 16. Peel the garlic.
- 17. Finely chop the garlic.
- 18. Halve the lime.
- 19. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 20. Put the soy yogurt into a bowl.
- 21. Add the chopped parsley and dill.
- 22. Add the chopped garlic.
- 23. Mix everything well together.
- 24. Add the lime juice.
- 25. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 26. Bake the Vemondo Pizza Margarita at 220 degrees Celsius with fan for about 10 minutes.
- 27. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- 28. Fry the vegan gyro for about 8 minutes.
- 29. Take the pizza out of the oven.
- 30. Spread the yogurt sauce over the pizza.
- 31. Top the pizza with the prepared ingredients as you like.
- 32. Drizzle the pizza with a little more yogurt sauce.
- 33. Fold the pizza together.
- 34. Halve the pizza.
- 35. Serve the vegan gyro pizza.
