  7. 7. Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and mix well.
  8. 8. Let the salted cucumbers sit for about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Wash the lemon.
  10. 10. Halve the lemon.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  12. 12. Wash the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Halve the tomatoes.
  14. 14. Cut the feta into small cubes.
  15. 15. Wash the parsley.
  16. 16. Shake the parsley dry.
  17. 17. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  18. 18. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  19. 19. Peel the garlic cloves.
  20. 20. Finely chop the garlic.
  21. 21. Squeeze the marinated cucumbers with your hands.

  23. 23. Return the squeezed cucumbers to the bowl.
  24. 24. Add the soy yogurt to the cucumbers.

  26. 26. Mix all ingredients for the tzatziki well.

  33. 33. Heat the mix for about 2 minutes.

  35. 35. Continue cooking the mix for another 6 to 8 minutes.
  36. 36. Distribute the warm bulgur onto four plates.
  37. 37. Place the tzatziki on the bulgur.
  38. 38. Place the halved tomatoes on top.
  39. 39. Place the feta cubes on top.
  40. 40. Place the fried gyro pieces on top.
  41. 41. Sprinkle the bowl with the chopped parsley.
  42. 42. Serve the bowl immediately.
