🍰 Vegan Glühwein Panna Cotta with Spiced Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- soy yogurt 500 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- sugar 100 g
- red wine, dry 550 ml
- cinnamon pinch
- San-apart 7 tsp
- oranges 1 pc
- cinnamon stick 1 pc
- cloves 1 pc
- star anise 1 pc
Instructions
- 1. Put soy yogurt, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of red wine, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and San-apart into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer and whisk for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Divide the panna cotta mixture among 4 glasses.
- 4. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- 5. Pour the remaining red wine into a small saucepan.
- 6. Rinse the orange under hot water.
- 7. Finely grate about 1 teaspoon of orange peel.
- 8. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 9. Add orange juice, orange peel, remaining sugar, a cinnamon stick, a clove, and star anise to the pot.
- 10. Simmer the spiced red wine mixture for about 15 minutes until it becomes syrupy.
- 11. Remove the spices from the wine.
- 12. Unmold the panna cotta onto small dessert plates.
- 13. Garnish the panna cotta with the spiced red wine sauce.
- 14. Serve the dessert and enjoy!
