  1. 1. Put soy yogurt, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of red wine, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and San-apart into a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer and whisk for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Divide the panna cotta mixture among 4 glasses.
  4. 4. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
  5. 5. Pour the remaining red wine into a small saucepan.
  6. 6. Rinse the orange under hot water.
  7. 7. Finely grate about 1 teaspoon of orange peel.
  8. 8. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
  9. 9. Add orange juice, orange peel, remaining sugar, a cinnamon stick, a clove, and star anise to the pot.
  10. 10. Simmer the spiced red wine mixture for about 15 minutes until it becomes syrupy.
  11. 11. Remove the spices from the wine.
  12. 12. Unmold the panna cotta onto small dessert plates.
  13. 13. Garnish the panna cotta with the spiced red wine sauce.
  14. 14. Serve the dessert and enjoy!
