Ingredients
- vegan margarine 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 3 tbsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- cocoa powder 10 g
- salt pinch
- soy drink 50 ml
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- wheat flour, type 405 180 g
- ground hazelnut kernels 20 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place soft margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 3. Beat the ingredients until creamy and frothy using a hand mixer with beaters.
- 4. Stir in the soy milk and vinegar.
- 5. Add flour, ground hazelnuts, and baking powder.
- 6. Mix everything quickly until you have a smooth batter.
- 7. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
- 8. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
- 9. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Remove the muffins from the oven and carefully release them from the tin.
- 11. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
