  3. 3. Roughly chop the nuts and dried fruits into small pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
  5. 5. Carefully pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
  6. 6. Place the oats and soy milk into a pot.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to medium and let the porridge simmer for about 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Season the finished porridge with agave syrup and cinnamon to taste.
  10. 10. Divide the warm porridge evenly among small bowls.
  11. 11. Top the bowls with the prepared kiwi slices and blueberries.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and dried fruits over the top.
