  1. 1. Take the tofu and crumble it into small pieces using your hands.
  2. 2. Cut the onion in half, peel it, and dice it into fine cubes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the crumbled tofu and onion cubes to the pan.
  5. 5. Fry the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
  6. 6. Add the scramble seasoning, a pinch of turmeric, and the soy yogurt.
  7. 7. Mix everything well and continue frying for another 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Finally, season the tofu mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  10. 10. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and slice it into thin pieces.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem.
  12. 12. Slice the tomatoes into thin pieces.
  13. 13. Slice the smoked tofu into thin pieces.
  14. 14. Make one cut in each wrap from the edge to the center.
  15. 15. Mentally divide the wrap into four sections.
  16. 16. Fill the individual sections with vegan cheese slices, paprika spread, the scrambled tofu mixture, avocado, tomato, and smoked tofu.
  17. 17. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Fold the wrap starting at the cut, folding section by section.
  19. 19. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  20. 20. Toast the tortillas without fat for about 3 minutes, turning them until golden brown on both sides.
  21. 21. Place the finished wraps on a plate and serve.
