  8. 8. Pour 270 milliliters of very cold water into the bowl.
  9. 9. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the bowl.
  10. 10. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in the bowl with your hands or a spoon.
  11. 11. Season the mixture generously with salt.
