🍽️ Crispy Vegan Patties

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- vegan mince mix 150 g
- oil 7 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin.
- 2. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
- 4. Finely chop the parsley.
- 5. Place 150 grams of the vegan mince ready-mix into a large bowl.
- 6. Add half of the onion cubes to the mince mixture.
- 7. Add the chopped parsley.
- 8. Pour 270 milliliters of very cold water into the bowl.
- 9. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the bowl.
- 10. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in the bowl with your hands or a spoon.
- 11. Season the mixture generously with salt.
- 12. Season the mixture generously with pepper.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the mixture swell.
- 14. Wet your hands with a little water.
- 15. Shape about 8 patties from the mixture.
- 16. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
- 17. Fry the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes until crispy on the first side.
- 18. Turn the patties and fry them for another 3 to 4 minutes until crispy on the other side.
