  1. 1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into approx. 2–3 cm cubes.
  2. 2. Place the sweet potato cubes in a pot with a little salted water and cook for approx. 15 minutes until very soft.
  3. 3. Drain the sweet potatoes in a sieve, let them drain well, and return them to the pot.
  4. 4. Mash the sweet potatoes with a potato masher.
  5. 5. Add oat drink, Vemondo spread Paprika, and Reibegenuss, and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Season the mash with salt and nutmeg to taste.
  7. 7. Bring approx. 1 liter of salted water to a boil in another pot.
  8. 8. Add the peas to the boiling water and warm them for approx. 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Drain the peas in a sieve.
  10. 10. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Fry the vegan mini-frikadellen and the peas for approx. 3 minutes.
  12. 12. Season the frikadellen and peas with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Plate the sweet potato mash and place the vegan mini-frikadellen and peas on top.
