  1. 1. In a tall container, puree tofu, soy milk, 100 g sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch for about 1–2 minutes until you have a homogeneous mass.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a pot, bring to a boil, and let it simmer gently over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then fill into ovenproof dishes and chill in the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours until set.
  3. 3. Then take the dishes out of the refrigerator. Sprinkle each portion with 1 tbsp sugar and caramelize. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
