🍰 Vegan Crème brulée

Ingredients
- tofu, plain 400 g
- soy drink 200 ml
- sugar 140 g
- salt pinch
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a tall container, puree tofu, soy milk, 100 g sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch for about 1–2 minutes until you have a homogeneous mass.
- 2. Pour the mixture into a pot, bring to a boil, and let it simmer gently over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then fill into ovenproof dishes and chill in the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours until set.
- 3. Then take the dishes out of the refrigerator. Sprinkle each portion with 1 tbsp sugar and caramelize. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
