  9. 9. Remove the tough core from the tomato halves.
  10. 10. Dice the cored tomatoes.
  11. 11. Peel the pineapple.
  12. 12. Quarter the peeled pineapple.
  13. 13. Remove the hard core from the pineapple quarters.
  14. 14. Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes.
  15. 15. Thread pineapple pieces and onion quarters alternately onto wooden skewers.
  16. 16. Brush the vegan chorizo with two tablespoons of olive oil.
  17. 17. Place the chorizo and the skewers on the hot grill.
  18. 18. Grill the chorizo and skewers for about three minutes per side.
  19. 19. Place the pita breads on top of the chorizo.
  20. 20. Grill the breads along with it for about two minutes.

  22. 22. Squeeze the juice from one lime half.
  23. 23. Cut the other lime half into quarters.
  24. 24. Remove the chorizo and skewers from the grill.
  25. 25. Cut the grilled chorizo into pieces.
  26. 26. Remove the grilled pineapple from the skewers.
  27. 27. Place the chorizo pieces in a bowl.
  28. 28. Add the grilled pineapple to the bowl.

  30. 30. Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.
