🍰 Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- spreadable fat 200 g
- chocolate, dark 125 g
- brown sugar 125 g
- vanilla sugar 8 g
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- cornstarch 1 tbsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (convection mode) and let it preheat.
- 2. Take the vegan spread out of the fridge to let it reach room temperature.
- 3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 4. Put the soft spread, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 5. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer until creamy.
- 6. Add flour, cornstarch, and baking powder to the bowl.
- 7. Stir everything together to form a smooth dough.
- 8. Fold the chocolate pieces into the dough.
- 9. Take walnut-sized portions of dough using two teaspoons.
- 10. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- 12. Take the cookies out when the edges are golden brown.
- 13. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
