🍰 Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Toffees

Ingredients
- Spelt flour, Type 630 200 g
- Brown sugar 200 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Margarine, vegan 170 g
- Chocolate chips 80 g
- Chocolate, dark 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, cane sugar, vanilla sugar, and margarine into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients until creamy using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 3. Gently fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.
- 4. Take portions of the dough using a tablespoon.
- 5. Shape each piece into small balls with a diameter of about 2 cm.
- 6. Place the balls on a plate for now.
- 7. Put about 500 ml of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
- 8. Chop the chocolate roughly.
- 9. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- 10. Place the bowl over the hot water bath.
- 11. Stir the chocolate until it has melted.
- 12. Dip the dough balls into the melted chocolate.
- 13. Let the excess chocolate drip off the balls.
- 14. Place the coated balls on baking paper.
- 15. Store the toffees in a cool, dry place or serve them immediately.
