  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Boil about 1 liter of water in a pot. Roughly chop the chocolate. Melt 200 g of chocolate together with soy milk in a bowl over the simmering water.
  2. 2. Mix the melted chocolate in the bowl with 100 g of applesauce and oil using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment. Add 200 g of sugar, 8 g of vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and 200 g of flour, and stir everything into a smooth batter.
  3. 3. Grease a springform pan or a small baking sheet with oil. Dust it with cocoa and pour in the brownie batter, spreading it evenly.
  4. 4. Clean the bowl and knead the remaining ingredients (200 g of flour, 80 g of sugar, 8 g of vanilla sugar, 125 g of spreadable fat, 20 g of applesauce, baking powder, salt, and 80 g of chopped chocolate) into a pliable dough.
  5. 5. Tear the cookie dough with your hands over the brownie batter and crumble it. Bake the mixture in the oven for about 30 minutes. Take it out, let it cool slightly, and serve it. Enjoy your meal!
