🍽️ Vegan Bratwursts with Mango-Chili Dip and Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients
- Mango 0.5 pc.
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Vegan Salad Mayonnaise 100 ml
- Chili Flakes Pinch
- Olive Oil 1 Tbsp.
- Sweet Mustard 1 Tbsp.
- Maple Syrup 1 Tbsp.
- Sea Salt Pinch
- Pickle Cucumbers 5 pc.
- Mini Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Onions, red 40 g
- Parsley, fresh 5 g
- Vegan Bratwurst 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
- 2. Puree the mango flesh until smooth.
- 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Mix the mango puree with the salad mayonnaise.
- 5. Add some lime juice and chili flakes, then stir well.
- 6. Set aside the mango-mayonnaise sauce.
- 7. Take the remaining lime juice for the dressing.
- 8. Mix the lime juice with olive oil, mustard, and maple syrup.
- 9. Add a pinch of salt and stir everything together.
- 10. Set the dressing aside as well.
- 11. Dice the gherkins and the mini cucumber very finely.
- 12. Peel the onion and dice it finely as well.
- 13. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 14. Chop the parsley finely.
- 15. Mix the diced cucumbers, onions, and parsley.
- 16. Add the lime dressing and stir it in.
- 17. Let the salsa mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 18. Place the vegan bratwursts on the grill rack.
- 19. Grill the sausages until golden brown.
- 20. Serve the bratwursts with the mango-mayonnaise sauce.
- 21. Add the cucumber salsa on the side.
