  1. 1. Halve the onions and remove the outer layers.
  2. 2. Cut the peeled onions into thin strips.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the hard stem end from the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Drain the corn in a sieve to let the liquid run off.
  7. 7. Cut the smoked tofu into thin strips.
  8. 8. Take a bowl and add the grill sauce.
  9. 9. Add one jar of tomato sauce to the grill sauce.
  10. 10. Add the Smokehouse BBQ Rub (a spice mix).
  11. 11. Whisk the sauce ingredients together well.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 250 °C with top and bottom heat.
  13. 13. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  14. 14. Fry the vegan mince in it for approx. 5 minutes until crumbly.
  15. 15. Remove the fried mince from the pan and place it on a plate.
  16. 16. Heat another 2 tablespoons of oil in the same pan over medium heat.
  17. 17. Fry the smoked tofu for approx. 3 minutes on all sides.
  18. 18. Place the baking paper on the baking trays.
  19. 19. Roll out the pizza dough on the baking paper.
  20. 20. Spread the prepared BBQ tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  21. 21. Leave a border of approx. 1 cm width free at the edge of the dough.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the pizza evenly with Reibegenuss (shredded cheese substitute).
  23. 23. Top the pizza with the vegan mince as desired.
  24. 24. Distribute the smoked tofu on the pizza.
  25. 25. Add the sliced red onions.
  26. 26. Place the tomato slices on the pizza.
  27. 27. Sprinkle the drained corn over the pizza.
  28. 28. Sprinkle the pizza with oregano (a fragrant herb).
  29. 29. Place the pizzas one after the other on the lower rack of the oven.
  30. 30. Bake the pizzas for approx. 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  31. 31. Wash the chives thoroughly.
  32. 32. Shake the chives dry.
  33. 33. Cut the chives into thin rings.
  34. 34. Cut the finished pizzas into four pieces.
  35. 35. Garnish the pizza pieces with the chive rings.
  36. 36. Serve the pizza immediately.
