🍰 Vegan Banana Pancakes for Camping

Ingredients
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Baking powder 0.5 packet
- Salt pinch
- Oats, fine 100 g
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Soy drink 300 ml
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Blueberry jam 4 tbsp
- Agave syrup 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and oat flakes into a screw-top jar.
- 2. Mix the dry ingredients in the jar thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
- 4. Add the mashed banana mixture and the soy milk to the jar with the dry ingredients.
- 5. Stir everything in the jar until you have a smooth batter.
- 6. Heat a frying pan with one tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
- 7. Take a quarter of the batter with a tablespoon and place it in the hot pan.
- 8. Flatten the batter into a pancake about five centimeters in diameter.
- 9. Fry the pancake for about three minutes until it is golden brown.
- 10. Carefully turn the pancake over with a spatula.
- 11. Fry the other side for another three minutes until golden brown.
- 12. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and set it aside.
- 13. Repeat steps 7 to 12 until all the batter is used up.
- 14. Serve the warm pancakes with jam and agave syrup.
