  1. 1. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and oat flakes into a screw-top jar.
  2. 2. Mix the dry ingredients in the jar thoroughly.
  3. 3. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
  4. 4. Add the mashed banana mixture and the soy milk to the jar with the dry ingredients.
  5. 5. Stir everything in the jar until you have a smooth batter.
  6. 6. Heat a frying pan with one tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
  7. 7. Take a quarter of the batter with a tablespoon and place it in the hot pan.
  8. 8. Flatten the batter into a pancake about five centimeters in diameter.
  9. 9. Fry the pancake for about three minutes until it is golden brown.
  10. 10. Carefully turn the pancake over with a spatula.
  11. 11. Fry the other side for another three minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and set it aside.
  13. 13. Repeat steps 7 to 12 until all the batter is used up.
  14. 14. Serve the warm pancakes with jam and agave syrup.
