🍰 Vegan Apple Tart from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- puff pastry 275 g
- marzipan raw mass 200 g
- almonds, sliced 60 g
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- powdered sugar 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Lay out the puff pastry flat.
- 2. Fold the dough in half over itself.
- 3. Cut the folded dough once across the width.
- 4. Cut two pieces of baking paper to fit the fryer basket.
- 5. Place the dough halves on the baking paper pieces.
- 6. Put one dough half into the air fryer basket.
- 7. Bake the dough half at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 8. Take the marzipan raw mass and the 50 grams of almonds.
- 9. Knead the marzipan mass with the almonds.
- 10. Divide the marzipan mixture into two halves.
- 11. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 12. Dry the apples with a cloth.
- 13. Cut the apples into quarters.
- 14. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 15. Cut each apple quarter into two columns.
- 16. Take the baked dough half out of the oven.
- 17. Turn the dough half over.
- 18. Place the dough half back on the baking paper.
- 19. Top the dough half with half of the marzipan mass.
- 20. Place eight apple pieces on the marzipan layer.
- 21. Sprinkle 5 grams of almonds over the apples.
- 22. Put the tart into the air fryer basket.
- 23. Bake the tart at 175 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 24. Dust the finished tart with powdered sugar.
- 25. Use the remaining ingredients to bake a second tart.
