  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Beat the soft margarine in a bowl with a hand mixer until creamy.
  3. 3. Add the sugar gradually to the margarine and continue mixing.
  4. 4. Add flour, vanilla pudding powder, baking powder, apple puree, and oat drink.
  5. 5. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
  7. 7. Take round portions of dough using two tablespoons.
  8. 8. Place the portions on the trays with some space between them.
  9. 9. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes until golden yellow.
  10. 10. Let the cookies cool down completely on a wire rack.
  11. 11. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a small pot.
  12. 12. Chop the chocolate couverture roughly.
  13. 13. Place a bowl with the chocolate over the hot water (bain-marie).
  14. 14. Melt the chocolate while stirring.
  15. 15. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled cookies.
  16. 16. Let the chocolate dry for about 15 minutes.
  17. 17. Serve the finished cookies.
