Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- organic limes 1 pcs.
- soy drink 100 ml
- mustard 1 tsp
- oil 200 ml
- salt pinch
- cayenne pepper pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and roughly crush it. Halve a lime, squeeze the juice from one half, and cut the other half into pieces.
- 2. In a tall container, puree the soy drink, 1 tbsp lime juice, mustard, and the garlic. While blending, add the oil in a thin stream until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
- 3. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and a little lime juice. Serve the vegan aioli together with fresh lime wedges alongside grilled vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
