  1. 1. Cut the figs into quarters. In a pot, bring the figs together with grape juice and cinnamon to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Wash the grapes thoroughly, halve them, and remove the seeds if necessary.
  2. 2. In a separate pot, toast the rolled oats over low heat, stirring constantly until they smell aromatic. Then deglaze with the soy drink and stir in the cane sugar and salt. Remove the pot from the heat and let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Serve the porridge evenly on deep plates. Add the figs to the grape juice, decorate the vegan porridge with the grapes and pumpkin seeds, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
