🍰 Vanilla Crescents

Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, Type 405 150 g
- baking powder 0.5 tsp
- almonds, ground 75 g
- sugar 60 g
- vanilla sugar 4 tsp
- butter 125 g
- powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Add flour, baking powder, almonds, sugar, 2 tsp vanilla sugar, and soft butter to the mixing bowl and mix everything for 1 minute on speed 4.
- 2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it with your hands into a homogeneous mass. Shape small crescents and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the oven for about 10–15 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown.
- 3. In the meantime, mix the powdered sugar with 2 tsp vanilla sugar. Roll the still warm crescents in the sugar mixture and let them cool. Enjoy!
