  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Add flour, baking powder, almonds, sugar, 2 tsp vanilla sugar, and soft butter to the mixing bowl and mix everything for 1 minute on speed 4.
  2. 2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it with your hands into a homogeneous mass. Shape small crescents and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the oven for about 10–15 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown.
  3. 3. In the meantime, mix the powdered sugar with 2 tsp vanilla sugar. Roll the still warm crescents in the sugar mixture and let them cool. Enjoy!
