🍰 Vanilla Crescents

Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- powdered sugar 70 g
- hazelnut kernels, ground 75 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the butter out of the fridge so it gets soft. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Sift the flour and 50 g powdered sugar into a bowl. Then add the room-temperature butter and the ground hazelnuts and knead everything well.
- 2. Shape the dough into a long roll and form small crescents from it with your hands. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Meanwhile, mix the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Sprinkle the still warm crescents with this mixture and let them cool completely. Enjoy snacking!
