  1. 1. Take the butter out of the fridge so it gets soft. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Sift the flour and 50 g powdered sugar into a bowl. Then add the room-temperature butter and the ground hazelnuts and knead everything well.
  2. 2. Shape the dough into a long roll and form small crescents from it with your hands. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, mix the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Sprinkle the still warm crescents with this mixture and let them cool completely. Enjoy snacking!
