Ingredients
- vanilla ice cream 8 tbsp
- olive oil 8 tbsp
- Fleur de Sel 1 pinch
- rosemary, fresh 2.5 g
Instructions
- 1. Take the vanilla ice cream and form small balls or cubes.
- 2. Distribute the ice cream portions onto four small bowls.
- 3. Drizzle some olive oil over each ice cream.
- 4. Add a pinch of Fleur de Sel (fine, high-quality sea salt) to each ice cream.
- 5. Decorate the ice cream as desired with a small sprig of rosemary.
- 6. Serve the ice cream immediately and enjoy it.
